We are required by law to add a state sales tax to all orders shipped to New Jersey addresses.
Payment Options
We accept the following Credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and payment through PayPal.
We do accept Money Orders but no CODs or Personal Checks.

Returns Refund Policy
For returns of items that are not defective, the customer will be refunded the purchased price less the cost of any shipping, handling or freight charges. In cases where the order was shipped free of shipping charges, unless the product is defective, the customer will be refunded the purchased price less the cost of any shipping to the customer, handling or freight charges.
Exchanges:
For exchanges,the customer will be credited (or debited) the price difference between the exchanged products plus shipping charges for the exchange.
Shipping
$5.99 HANDLING CHARGE ON ALL ORDERS!!!
We normally ship all in stock items within 5 business days from the time your order is received. Orders are usually shipped via UPS and actual delivery time will vary according to your UPS Zone. (In most cases this can average 5-7 business days from the date that the order is placed). If an item is not in stock, we will notify you by e-mail to let you know the expected replenishment date and ask how you would like us to proceed.
Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time. Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items, special orders and out of stock items may take longer.
Shipping and Handling charges are based on total shipment weight and UPS Zone it is being shipped to. Standard shipping is UPS ground and expedited shipping by air is available.
Canada Shipping
UPS shipping is available to Canada.
Total handling charge for any orders to Canada regardless of size, will be $19.99 to cover cost of documents.
For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico please contact us before ordering so that shipping can be calculated correctly.
Returns Policy
Your complete satisfaction is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item(s) within 15 days of the original invoice date for a refund or replacement less shipping, handling or freight costs. Returns for refund will be accepted within 15 days from the original shipping date. A Company check will be issued for any refund or the refund may be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges. To receive a refund or a replacement, your purchase must be returned with shipping pre-paid in as-new condition, in original packaging, and with all warranty cards and accessories. Please note that we can only process returns and refunds for items purchased online from Camerabagpro.com.

We advise that you ship the product back to us via UPS or FedEx to ensure proper delivery. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit to our center or without a Proof of Delivery signature. It is the customer's responsibility to retain a copy of the return tracking number in the event of a 'lost' shipment until a refund has been issued or a replacement product has been shipped.
Receiving Your Refund or Replacementnd
Once the return is received by us please allow 7-10 business days for your refund check to arrive or for a refund to be credited. If a credit is issued to your account it will only be issued to the payment method or credit card used for your original purchase (minus any shipping and handling cost). You will be notified via email with the appropriate tracking information on your replacement shipment.
Warranties
All items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Wolf Business Associates, LLC. Camera Bag Pro is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Camera bag pro at no charge.

Cancellations
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation. Please email support@camerabagpro.com to cancel an order.
