What shipping method do you use?
We use UPS ground shipping as our standard method and shipping cost is based on weight or order and UPS zone it goes to. However, for urgent delivery we also provide UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next day Air at there rates. There is a small extra charge for handling by Air. How can I change an order?
Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, changes on an order should be received by us within 24 hours of the order being placed. Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your change or cancellation. All items are warranted directly by the manufacturers. No other warranty either expressed or implied is offered by Wolf Business Associates, LLC. Camera Bag Pro is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 30 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued. Claims reported after 30 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of Camera bag pro at no charge.
